We offer two different system stands in order to enable you to concentrate on your marketing activities before and during the exhibition: ECO World und GAMMA World. More

| 3. Is there a charge for construction of an upper level? |
Yes – For walk-in space of upper levels the square meter price is 60% of the square meter price of the ground floor space. You will need approval by the Exhibition Management WORLDDIDAC Basel for constructions of an upper level.

| 4. Where can I place orders for hire furniture and technical facilities (electricity, water, phone)? |
After you have received a definite space allocation and a confirmation of contract from us for WORLDDIDAC Basel 2008, you can order on the m-manager, directly through the internet, all the services needed for preparing your appearance at the exhibition.

| 5. What is the m-manager? |
The "m-manager" is the Internet order service of Swiss Exhibition and offers you attractive advantages in the preparations for your exhibition appearance:
- You have an ideal overview of your project with all the relevant information for your appearance at the exhibition.
- You can book our services in a quick and simple manner around the clock, independent of office hours. This saves you time and money.
- You can delegate certain areas of your preparations for the exhibition (staff, stand builders, etc.).

| 8. How can I register my co-exhibitors/my partners on the stand? |
As soon as persons, companies or organisations appear on your stand in any form, whether this will be through addresses, objects, leaflets or personal presence, the latter must be registered as a co-exhibitor. Every co-exhibitor has to pay a fee for the presence at the exhibition as well as for the mandatory entry in the information media. You will find the co-exhibitor contract here.

| 9. As an exhibitor how can I order visitor brochures, admission tickets and guest tickets? |
You will find the relevant forms in the m-manager, menu „order“ in the sections „Catalogue Entry + Advertising” and “Organisation + Logistics”.

| 10. How can I order exhibitor tickets for stand personnel? |
The Exhibition Management WORLDDIDAC Basel will send you the exhibitor tickets directly. The number of tickets is based on the floor space you have booked. If you need more exhibitor tickets you can order them on the m-manager, menu „Order“ in the section “Organisation + Logistics”. The Exhibition Management will charge you the additional exhibitor tickets on the final account.

| 13. Do I have to get approval from the organisers to invite people for aperitifs at the stand after the opening hours? |
Yes – you will need approval to remain at the stand after the opening hours and generally to remain within the Exhibition Center Basel. Please apply to the Exhibition Management WORLDDIDAC Basel for approval by e-mail at info@worlddidacbasel.com.

| 14. Do exhibitors need to take out exhibition and transport insurance? |
Under the Exhibition Regulations the organiser and the promoter are not liable for any damage caused to the exhibitors’ goods. The organiser can arrange the necessary insurance cover for the exhibitors. Insurance is compulsory for all exhibition goods and the stand materials. You will find the insurance form on the m-manager, menu „Order“ in the section “Organisation + Logistics”.
